i figure more care is needed when treating young patients, so i was wondering if its not too bold to ask...is the pay usually more than your everyday family physician usually?

Hey it's RYan yet again. So here goes...
Okay, so do you ever face any moral dilemmas in your job, or is it pretty much "by the book"? I.E. a mother dosen't want to give her child a certain treatment but you know it is important that they recieve it. Just wondering, on all these TV dramas doctors always face moral questions, I know it's TV, but I was wondering if there was some truth to any of it.
